Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and well-lit, but I encountered a huge roach running along the wall in our room, indicating the need for renovation. The service was impactful when they helped refund an overcharge, but their approach to ADA laws regarding medical documentation was disappointing. The location was convenient to the convention center, but it seemed a little rough and attracted a homeless crowd. The dining experience offered a variety of options, though the early closure and lack of certain items were drawbacks.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a great surprise, serviceable, comfortable, and well-kept, but demanding a cash deposit after having my credit card on file was a hassle. The location was convenient for what we wanted to do, close to downtown Scottsdale, but a bit sketchy at night. The dining experience was terrible due to limited options and hygiene concerns, but the authentic Indian dishes stood out. Overall, it was a reasonable value for the price paid.
The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to freeways and within walking distance of main street attractions. The rooms were clean upon check-in with no issues, but they were not restocked with towels daily. The service was friendly and respectful, despite the inconvenience of having to leave a cash deposit. The location was good for walking around to see street art and find restaurants, although it attracted quite some foot traffic. The dining experience was good with a variety of delicious options close by. The facilities were nice but had occasional inconveniences like painters taping doors and windows.
I had a really good stay overall. The room was clean and spacious, and the continental breakfast was above average with a variety of choices. The hotel location was convenient, although a bit close to a less desirable area of Mesa.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, the location wasn't the safest, being on the main level in a not-so-safe part of downtown. On the plus side, the variety for breakfast was nice and the value for the cost was good, but the presence of the 'food police' was a bit off-putting.
